SFC Energy: PBF receives major order for PBF's High Power Standard Platform solutions in semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Development of the new power supply builds on PBF?s successful High Power Standard Platform.
PBF Group B.V., Dutch subsidiary of SFC Energy AG, a leading provider of hybrid power solutions to the stationary and mobile power generation markets, announces the receipt of a new order for high performance power supplies. A major industrial customer has ordered the development of specific 2.5 kW and 3.8 kW power solutions for an application in high-tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The development order volume is in the mid-six-digit Euro range. Starting 2020, the Company expects annual follow-up product sales revenues up to EUR 4.5 million in 2023.
PBF?s High Power Standard Platform solutions deliver highly precise and dynamic power to high-tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment, e.g. the production of modern touchscreens, sensor storage chips, PCs, smartphones, tablets, and in data storage systems on big server farms.
PBF supports these applications with high performance power supply technology, connected in parallel and scaled up to 60 kW electrical power, for seamless integration into the customer?s existing water-cooling system. At the same time, the power supplies are already designed to be upward-compatible in order to also operate with future, more powerful applications.
