In accordance withthe Prospectus dated 25 September 2008, 3,912,477 of the 7,500,000 AShares originally issued to Management ("Management A Shares") havenow been converted to worthless Deferred Shares, such that 10,762,569A Shares remain in issue.The Offer for Subscription is now closed.A summary of holdings in the Company by Directors and Managementfollowing the closure of the offer and the conversion of the A Sharesinto Deferred Shares is as follows.
