ODU-MAC® Silver- and White-Line product range expanded by a new single-pole module for fluids
(PresseBox) - ODU, a global front-runner in the development and production of high-performance connector solutions and cable assemblies, is introducing a new fluid feedthrough for the expanded rectangular ODU-MAC® Silver-Line und ODU-MAC® White-Line connector series. The ODU-MAC® Silver-Line is an efficient automatic docking connector with outstanding failure protection. The ODU-MAC® White-Line is a versatile manual connector, ideal for applications requiring a compact interface. The new double shut-off feedthrough is an innovative system solution addition that meets specific market requirements in the medical, industrial automation as well as test and measurement technology areas. The module is designed for an operating pressure of 25 bar at low pressure drop. It also enables a G1/4 connection option for tubing with an outside diameter of 6?12 mm and is suitable for the feedthrough of air, water and other fluids such as cooling liquids. In addition to the extremely versatile, time-tested modules for signals, power, high current, coax, air pressure, data rates and fiber optics, this fluid feedthrough also boasts a service life of over 100,000 mating cycles.
