In this year ABC IT again is going to present you a lot of interesting new products. The product portfolio was successfully expanded with the impressive ABC Touch Panels.

Of course, the popular and already established X-CPU systems will be presented again this year with a new design and a new name:

ABC X-CPU-3 c57

The small compact high feature CPU, which is guaranteed to fit any budget. Small is in this case, only the price.

The compact CPU has four Gigabit CPs, up to three fieldbus masters (Profibus, Profinet, EtherCAT), high performance, max. quantity framework as well as the unique opportunity to work with S5 and S7 programs simultaneously.

In use with Siemens PCS7 our ABC X-CPU-3 c57 offers maximum performance and the functionality of a Siemens S7-CPU.

64MB load memory and 48MB of RAM, and moreover 10.000 communication objects are managed by the ABC X-CPU-3 c57.  

ABC X-CPU-6 m57

The tried-and-tested and still unique product, which revolutionarily simplifies the retrofitting of SIMATIC S5-systems, will be released this year in a new hardware design and with a new name.

Integrated is the multiprocessor operation with up to !three! S5 CPUs and one S7 CPU.

In additition the ABC X-CPU-6 m57 offers an expanded operating functionality  for asynchronous handling of fast processes.

Profibus and Profinet are to be parameterized under TIA and STEP7!

There is NO performance limitation and no grading in the quantity structure.

ABC X-CPU-4 w57

In addition to the hardware controllers there is also the software-based ABC X-CPU-4 w57 available, which is suitable as a full high-performance CPU without performance limitations for plant control, system simulation and teaching.

The software is dongle protected and instantable. That means on your Windows system, several PLC systems can be operated simultaneously. For that reason you only need one dongle.

The USB Dongle NET .... simplifies the use of the software. The software protection was made network-capable, which means that you can simulate, test and train with just one dongle on several computers in your network.

ABC X-CPU-5 v57

NEW at the booth, the control software w57 cleverly combined with one of the new ABC 15.0 '' or 21.5 '' Touch Industrial Panel will be shown. In addition, you will experience many new apps in action on the vision platform ABC X-CPU-5 v57.

The panel accesses the I/O ? level directly via Profibus or Profinet (EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP are also possible).

The control software w57 is parameterized and programmed in the usual way with Siemens TIA, STEP7 or PCS7.

The Ethernet TCP/IP ? communication to Siemens S7 - 300/400/1200/1500 systems is completely supported.
