Several black runs and ample opportunities to go off-piste await seasoned skiers visiting the resort, with the Hohe Mut’s top half coming highly recommended for those who have plenty of skiing experience.
Off-piste isn’t just reserved for the experts in the superb snow conditions of Obergurgl. Beginner and intermediate skiers can still enjoy these opportunities in the company of a local guide, whilst several of the more advanced ski schools take visitors off-piste.
It’s not just skiing on offer in this resort, either. The other activities on offer at the resort include ice skating, curling, tobogganing and snowshoe walks.
After a day’s skiing, many visitors head to the bars and cafes to unwind with a relaxing drink or a bite to eat. Later on in the night, many guests choose to have a quiet night in at their chalet or other accommodation. However if you still have energy you can head out to sample the local nightlife.
