Imagin Medical Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Vancouver, B.C. and Boston, MA, December 18, 2018 - Imagin Medical (CSE: IME) (OTCQB: IMEXF) (Frankfurt & Stuttgart Symbol: DPD2) (Imagin or the Company) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the Meeting) that was held yesterday.
All of the matters put forward before the shareholders, as set out in the Company's management information circular dated November 15, 2018, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting. Specifically, De Visser Gray LLP was appointed as the Companys auditors for the ensuing year, and Jim Hutchens, Dr. Robin Atlas, Kenneth Daignault, John Vacha and Chris Bleck were appointed as directors.
