Illa de l’Aire – This lighthouse is situated on an uninhabited island at the southeastern tip of Menorca. Villas and apartments can be found in nearby resort towns, making it a relatively easy excursion if you’re near Punta Prima or the surrounding resorts. It’s actually the tallest of the lighthouses, resting 53m above sea level.
Artrux – Located around the southwestern tip of the island and standing 34m tall (45m above sea level), Artux is definitely worth seeing. Being close to Cala en Bosc makes it easily accessible if you're staying in the region, and it's a favourite for tourists hoping to catch a breathtaking sunset overlooking Mallorca.
Sa Farola – Located at the western tip of the island, this lighthouse stands 13m high. It had the honour of hosting the very first electric light turned on in Menorca way back in 1918, and is just 30 minutes away from Ciutadella if you decide you'd like an easy walk.
Favàritx – Favàritx is at northeast tip, and is an impressive 28m tall featuring a white-and-black spiral band. It hosts an exhibition dedicated to maritime signalling, which is great for those who want to learn more about how lighthouses work. There are plenty of resorts and Menorca villas for rent in the relatively nearby municipality of Mahón.
Punta Nati – Situated around the northwest tip of Menorca, Punta Nati sports a 19m tall tower and stands 42m above sea level. The lighthouse itself is surrounded by tall, rocky cliffs, lending it a desolate yet peaceful atmosphere for those seeking respite from the more touristy areas of the island.
Cavalleria – Cavalleria is a 15m tall structure and stands 94m above sea level. Those visiting the old Roman settlement of Sanitja will find themselves close to this lighthouse, which is located on a sparsely vegetated headland. It's an ideal choice for hikers exploring the northern parts of the island.
Sant Carles – Last but not least is the lighthouse of Sant Carles, standing 10m high, 22m above sea level, and located in the south of Menorca. Villas can be found in the nearby municipality of Mahón, but be aware that access to the Sant Carles is restricted due to its proximity to the ruined castle of Sant Felip.
