The WIPOTEC Group presents weighing and inspection solutions for the food industry
(PresseBox) - At this year?s IFFA ? the leading international trade show for the meat industry - which will open its doors in Frankfurt from May 4th to 9th, the WIPOTEC Group will present its broad product portfolio of weighing and inspection solutions for the food industry. On their 144 m² stand B31 in Hall 11.1, the company will be showcasing their high-precision EDK weigh cells as well as the WIPOTEC-OCS checkweighers (equipped with these cells), in addition to various X-ray scanners and optical inspection solutions.
For the first time WIPOTEC-OCS presents the SC-W-V, a combination of X-ray scanner, checkweigher, and optical inspection system in one compact unit. Two additional X-ray scanners of WIPOTEC-OCS?s vast product portfolio will also be on display: The SC-E, a reliable all-rounder for maximum productivity and safety. As well as the SC-WD-B specifically designed in protection class IP69K for inspection of packaged goods in wet and hygienic areas.
At their IFFA stand the company will offer live demonstrations of weighing solutions. Six high-precision checkweighers will be on display. The EC-E for dry areas, having a very good price-performance ratio; the HC-M-VA for exact filling results and high productivity, designed with IP65 protection and stainless steel construction, for maximum hygiene. Additional checkweighers shown are part of the HC-M-WD series with innovative wash down design and protection class IP69K. They come in conjunction with a metal detector (HC-M-WD-Mdi) or as a heavy-duty balance (HC-M-WD-SL). The newly developed HC-A with optical inspection system will make its debut at this show.
In weighing technology WIPOTEC presents the high-precision EMFR weigh cells and weighing kits that enable inline weighing. The integrated load cells are ideal for weighing food such as sausage, meat or cheese and are ideal for production lines with very high throughput rates. Both checkweighing or inline weighing enable 100% product quality control in food production.
