Johannes Suciu new Business Unit Manager for the Life Science division
(PresseBox) - Johannes Suciu is the new Business Unit Manager in the Life Science division of Hager Unternehmensberatung, which specializes in Executive Search, with effect from April 1, 2019. In his new position, Suciu is responsible for the strategic positioning and further development of the Life Science division.
For his new position at Hager, the executive search expert brings with him many years of specialist and management experience in the consulting industry and in the life science environment. The studied sociologist was active for many years in the range of the personnel development and in coaching, before he changed around 15 years ago into the personnel consulting industry. In his function as Business Unit Manager, he reports to Andreas Wartenberg, Managing Director at Hager Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
The life science industry has undergone drastic changes in recent years, and the framework conditions are still changing rapidly. Demographic change, new market participants, increasing sensitivity of patients, improved legal conditions for patients as well as uninterrupted dynamic regulatory initiatives are among the challenges facing life science companies. Hager Unternehmensberatung has been supporting this industry since 2012 and knows the market changes as well as the current demands on employees when it comes to recruiting the right specialists and executives.
