Many of the most popular high street shops advertise generous student offers, and whether you are looking for restaurant deals, money off clothes, offers on new computers or even gym membership, you’ll find it on this app.

The NUS Card
Active for quite a few years now, the National Union of Students (NUS) card is extremely popular. It might have a small outlay of £12 a year, but once in your hands it entitles you to annual discounts of up to £500! Use it wisely and you can really reap the benefits.
The ISIC Card
This international student identity card is widely used and covers 130 countries. Plenty of shops on the UK high street accept this as proof of your identity as a student and therefore honour the respective discounts. There is a small annual fee (£12) and although it is entirely optional, it is definitely worth buying.
Films, Cinema and Music
If you enjoy a night out at the cinema, head to Odeon or Cineworld for reduced tickets. These two establishments recognise student cards and honour the discounts.
Spotify is all the rage at the moment and the company is promoting a 50% off deal on their premium package for new and existing student users through the UniDays app. The Guardian also offers up to 80% off their digital subscription, which makes keeping up with current affairs no problem at all!
Other Websites
Fabulous for fun days out, Student Beans is the go-to site that tells you about reductions on tickets for attractions such as Alton Towers. You can get an associated card with this website, completely free. Check out the website for more information: www.studentbeans.com
Studentmoneysaver.co.uk is an excellent website that advertises other freebies and deals. On this site, all you have to do is apply. It’s surprising how much stuff you soon end up getting your hands on!
