European Creators? Lab: Fabrizio Palmas as expert mentor
(PresseBox) - After the VR Creators? Lab 2017 and the XR Creators? Lab 2018 now follows the European Creators? Lab from 27thto 31stMay 2019 in Munich, Germany. It focuses on the development of interactive and innovative storytelling by using immersive xReality technologies (virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality) and 360° videos.
Fabrizio Palmas: mentor since 2017
At the labs conceived by the Bavarian Filmcenter (Bayerisches Filmzentrum) 50 participants, partners and mentors from 23 nations come together, in order to exchange knowledge and expertise as well as to develop unique ideas. Among this year?s mentors is featured Fabrizio Palmas ? creative and technical director at straightlabs GmbH & Co. KG ? who has been acting as a mentor since the very first Creators? Lab in 2017. With his broad experience he is a great asset for the 5-day training.
Fabrizio Palmas is Unity Certified Developer and Professional Scrum Master, as well as a lecturer at theUniversity for Applied Management (HAM) and at the Technical University Munich (TUM), where he is currently doing his Ph.D. in informatics. Through his research in the fields of extended-reality (XR), gamification and motivation he has become an expert of immersive technologies and has already published many professional publications.
