IDeaS deploys Clarizen to improve and centralise project communications for clients and teams

With IDeaS’ keen focus on client success, this consolidation enhanced visibility and transparency of the project lifecycle for the IDeaS team and their clients.
The global client PM team needed a cloud-based platform that could centralise project communications to enable IDeaS to provide clients with 360-degree, real-time visibility, customisable reports and clarity on the status of project tasks. The key area that needed resolution was the mix of project management tools that varied according to teams and individuals across the global organisation.
