Mr. Luke Is a Successful Attorney, Entrepreneur and Private Equity Investor
(firmenpresse) - SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 08/25/11 -- Dynamic Ventures Corporation (OTCBB: DYNV) today announced the addition of Mr. Laurence M. Luke to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Luke, a cum laude graduate from Wayne State University Law School and a Master of Laws in taxation, was the founder of the firm Harrison, Nash and Luke in Birmingham, Michigan. The primary focus of the practice was on corporate acquisitions and divestitures and their resultant tax issues. During his more than 25 year career as an attorney, Mr. Luke became a successful investor and entrepreneur in a variety of businesses, including metal forming, plastics forming, materials handling and waste recycling.
