Maplesoft Group Expands Into the USA
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/25/11 -- Maplesoft Group, a Platinum-level member of Oracle®PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced the strategic acquisition of Serverware Corporation, a leading IT Solutions business that helps Fortune 1000 businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions throughout the United States address mission-critical challenges. The acquisition further expands Maplesoft's IT Integration business and further leverages key vendor relationships. The acquisition will be accretive to Maplesofts earnings for Fiscal 2011.
Founded in 1997, with 3 main offices across New York, Serverware is a full-service solution provider with a strong team of experienced business and technical experts, a network of premiere-level partnerships, and a strong regional presence across New York State and New York City.
Serverware provides a complete range of technology consulting, training, design, planning, deployment, and maintenance services for dozens of colleges and universities, government agencies, and successful businesses, including a number of Fortune 1000 enterprises in the deployment of critical hardware and software solutions from Oracle, Symantec and other key IT vendors.
