iMOVE was founded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and research (BMBF) as an initiative to internationalize German vocational training and continuing education. It is part of the international division at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in Bonn, Germany. Its goal is to promote matchmaking between international and German partners by informing interested parties as a neutral and independent interface.
