Presenting the STW Loadmanagement at the Innovation Tour 2019
(PresseBox) - STW was represented again this year at the Innovation Tour of its partner Software AG in Munich with a stand at the exhibition. There, STW displayed its load/charging management for electric vehicles based on the TC3G hardware in connection with machines.cloud.
In connection with charging pole communications, the load management facilitates the capacity limitation of the power connection in a charging park or on a property. Here the sum of the total charging capacity of the charging points is used to provide flexibility in order to avoid peak loads and overload at the grid connection point.
The system is of an open design and thus permits the connection of charging poles from different manufacturers. In the same way, load and billing-relevant data can be provided via the machines.cloud to external back-ends and their applications. This allows third-party providers to connect the load management to their existing systems, e.g. ERP or fleet management.
