El Paso Corp. grew second quarter revenues to $1.23 billion over $1.01 billion in the prior year quarter. A 44.9% revenue increase out of its Exploration and Production segment was mostly responsible for the improvement. El Paso will spin off its E&P business into a separate publicly traded company.
