TicketNetwork Advisory -- Marc Anthony Greets September With a New Tour
(firmenpresse) - SOUTH WINDSOR, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 08/26/11 -- Latin salsa artist Marc Anthony will give a jump-start to next month's roster of concert tours when he begins a month-long circuit on September 1. Anthony's tour will take him across a wide swath of the United States. It includes two dates in both Miami, FL, and Universal City, CA, where the tour will end on September 25.
The current average ticket price for is $199, according to data from the TicketNetwork Exchange*. This is comparable to Anthony's last tour in September 2010, when the average ticket price was $195. The current lowest average price is for the first concert in Saint Paul, MN, at $108. The highest average price is in Uncasville, CT, at $301. The greatest amount of tickets sold for the Marc Anthony tour so far, over 19% of all tickets sold, is for the first Miami concert on September 16.
Anthony is not the only artist to usher in the fall season during the first few days of September. and will both begin tours, the will cap off their summer "Caravan" series with three days in Washington State, and over 30 artists will gather on New York's Governor's Island for the festival.
