(PresseBox) - Fachpack, the European trade fair for packaging, processing and technology in Nuremberg, opens its doors from 24 - 26 September 2019. The WIPOTEC Group will be represented at the Packaging Valley stand. In Hall 2, Stand 421, trade visitors can discover the latest developments in product inspection.
For increased confidence and certainty ? X-ray inspection
This year WIPOTEC-OCS is exhibiting the SC-2000 X-ray scanner for the first time. With a system length of 700 mm including ejection, the "Mini" represents an outstanding solution for space-saving inspection requirements.
A further highlight is the "All-in-One Inspection Center" SC-W-V. Checkweighing, X-ray and optical inspection in one compact unit ensure maximum product safety, especially in the food industry.
Serialisation and Aggregation Solutions for Product and Supply Chain Protection
WIPOTEC-OCS TQS-LI-Bottle is a solution for the serialisation of individual bottles by perfect product handling with a star wheel.
The most compact all-in-one serialisation machine in the world, TQS-HC-A, and the TQS-CP for semi-automatic aggregation, complete the WIPOTEC-OCS Track & Trace portfolio.
Checkweighers ? Productivity up, costs down
The company relies on live demonstrations also for its weighing solutions. Three high-precision checkweighers will be shown at the Fachpack stand. The EC-E, an Essential Checkweigher for the dry area, convinces with a very good price-performance ratio. Another checkweigher is the HC-M-WD with its innovative wash-down design and IP69K protection class in combination with a metal detector. As well as the HC-A-VA checkweigher for exact filling results and high productivity with IP65 protection class and stainless steel design for maximum hygiene.
WIPOTEC Weighing Technology
In the field of weighing technology, WIPOTEC presents the high-precision EDK weigh cells and weighing kits that enable inline-weighing technology. Both methods - the use of checkweighers or weigh cells - enable 100% product control in pharma and food production.
