Messer Cutting Systems presents Visual Service
(PresseBox) - Messer Cutting Systems GmbH, global solution provider for the metalworking industry, will be presenting its new digital service product at FABTECH 2019 in Chicago - Visual Service. Visual Service is based on the innovative Adtance Smart Service platform. This was adapted for the technology leader for thermal cutting systems, so that an optimal service can be offered.
With Visual Service, downtime and service times for the customer are reduced to a minimum with the help of state-of-the-art technology such as augmented reality and data glasses, and this without generating travel costs.
