Monterey, CA - August 30, 2011 - CerMed International (Frankfurt Stock Exchange:
CRX), an international medical device company with several breakthrough products
addressing global women's health issues, announced today that Irene Podolak has
joined their Board of Directors. Ms. Podolak has over 30 years of very broad
experience in the health industry including positions in community based
hospitals, large national healthcare consulting firms, an international
information systems vendor, and a national health database corporation. She is a
former Partner from the National Health Services Practice at Deloitte & Touche,
where she was the founder and leader of the practice for over 10 years.
