(PresseBox) - KEMPER GmbH is intensifying its activities in the OEM sector. As the new Head of Sales OEM, Carsten Trentau is now responsible for the Automation sector at the extraction technology specialist from Germany. The industry expert is pursuing the goal of establishing hazardous substance extraction as an integral part of automated welding and cutting applications.
"In general, the field of extraction is often pushed into the background compared to expensive software and lasers," says Trentau. "No matter whether plasma, laser or robot manufacturers are involved, we have the right solution for the necessary extraction - for all performance classes and different budgets.? In addition to the expansion of the project business, the focus is particularly on the promotion of the new KEMPER Automation product line.
Before his employment at KEMPER, the 55-year-old worked at Kjellberg in Finsterwalde. There, he has already worked for plasma technology in the OEM sector and thus has the relevant industry expertise. Trentau is married and has one daughter.
KEMPER GmbH is a manufacturer of extraction plants and filter systems for the metal processing sector. The medium-sized family-run business based in Vreden, Westphalia, is the technology leader with its highly efficient filter systems that filter even ultrafine dust particles from the air when welding fumes are generated. The product portfolio includes extraction tables for cutting processes and the entire accessory chain for industrial safety and air quality management for the metal processing, electrical and automotive sectors. KEMPER was founded in 1977 and has approximately 400 employees today. The management consists of Björn Kemper, Michael Schiller and Frederic Lanz. As well as headquarters in Vreden, Germany, the company also has a production site near Prague in the Czech Republic.
