(PresseBox) - The futuristic company soniKKs® GmbH has specialized in the development of customized ultrasonic devices and components. Continuous advancements and innovations are especially important to the business located in the black forest town Dobel.

From Customized Development to Series Production

Thanks to continual research and cooperations with universities and colleges as well as research facilities soniKKs® GmbH evolved into the expert of customer requirements and special production. Not only are products developed and manufactured according to custom specific statements, tests on feasibility and processing of varying materials are also performed regularly.

Additionally, next to individual development soniKKs® also offers loan units, training and technical support to ease the start for beginners. No customer wishes are left behind with the soniKKs® carefree package.

The Hercules amongst Generators

Through a very active and engaged development team soniKKs® is able to include numerous new products into their portfolio each year. In 2019 a special product was introduced with the ultrasonic generator K6. The benchtop device captivates with a frequency of 20 kHz and an unbelievable power of 6.000 Watts. Welding of different materials is now even easier or at all possible thanks to this new development. The ultrasonic joining technique has several advantages, such as a constant welding quality, high rentability, as well as low energy demand which makes this technology eco-friendlier than others.

The high-power generator K6 is the most interesting for the welding application of metals. Users benefit from substantially shorter welding times which optimize this process.

New Building is Proceeding

Moreover, with a new company building soniKKs® also has new advancements within the company as well. In order to be able to realize development and production even more efficiently the company also breaks new ground internally. Amongst other realizations the new company building will have an in-house test laboratory next to reduced and optimized work paths for all areas.
