(Thomson Reuters ONE) - HUHTAMÿKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22.9.2009 AT 12:30Huhtamäki Oyj applies for listing of the option rights 2006 B underthe 2006 option rights plan, adopted by the General Meeting ofShareholders held on March 27, 2006 on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. sothat the listing will commence on October 1, 2009.The total number of option rights 2006 B is 1,100,000 and each optionright 2006 B entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share ofHuhtamäki Oyj. In the aggregate the option rights 2006 B entitleholders to subscribe for 1,100,000 shares and the correspondingmaximum increase in the share capital is EUR 3,740,000. The period ofsubscription for shares based on the option rights 2006 B shall beginon October 1, 2009 and shall cease on October 31, 2012. The period ofsubscription for shares shall be annually between January 2 andNovember 15 on specific subscription dates designated by the Board ofDirectors of the company.
