DIAGNOS Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/30/11 -- DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announces that, on August 22nd, 2011, the Board of Directors has approved a grant of 100,000 stock options to two employees of the Corporation under the terms of the share stock option plan of the Corporation approved by the Shareholders in September 2008.
The exercise price has been established at $0.29 per share. The expiry date where these options can be exercised has been fixed to August 21st, 2016.
