Specially shaped disassembly tool makes it even simpler to remove panelling without damage

(PresseBox) - All mechatronics engineers are surely familiar with the time-consuming scenario where the body panelling or fastening clips won?t budge when they need to be removed ? which can sometimes result in damage to the vehicle. Herth+Buss has the solution for this daily challenge during work. A specially shaped mounting wedge made of plastic is used to disassemble all kinds of panelling and fastening clips in the vehicle interior and on the bodywork. The plastic used for the special tool and its unique, flat shape guarantee that vehicle components or body fasteners can be released without damaging them. The tool is 210 mm long, 27 mm wide and ideal for work in hard-to-reach areas thanks to its flat design. Furthermore, the mounting wedge can be used on all vehicle models, while its universal design can tackle around 90% of all disassembly tasks ? all with one single tool!
