Arvato Systems was awarded the "PRIDE 500" seal of approval as "LGBT+ Diversity Champion" for the first time this year. The seal is awarded by the UHLALA Group, one of the leading LGBT+ social businesses in Germany. Since 2009, UHLALA has been committed worldwide to networking, further education and promotion of LGBT+ people in professional life.
The diversity of the team has long played an important role for Arvato Systems as a prerequisite for sustainable corporate success. As an authentic LGBT+ employer seal, PRIDE 500 stands for credibility and trust. The seal is not for sale and can only be obtained in the context of a comprehensive online audit by the UHLALA Group. In this audit, the four subject areas "corporate structure", "employees and persons", "communication and visibility" and "corporate guidelines" are evaluated with regard to their design and orientation promoting LGBT+. Arvato Systems achieved above-average results in all four areas.
