Calgary Parking Authority Launches ParkAid on Street

New on-street service expands customer assistance program

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/31/11 -- Starting today, the (CPA) will provide complimentary battery boosting and tire inflation services to customers who park on-street in any zone as well as those who park in CPA parkades or surface lots in the and surrounding communities.

"We're excited to expand these services to customers who park at the curbside," said Acting General Manager Troy McLeod. "It's all about providing better customer care and making our streets and parking facilities more service oriented."

The 24/7 service is provided free of charge by the CPA's own which has two vehicles equipped to offer tire inflation and battery boosting. Customers simply call 403-537-7006 to request the service.

Information about the program is posted on ParkPlus pay machines and in CPA parking lots and parkades. It can also be found on our website at .

The expanded program is just one of many new customer convenience initiatives being implemented by the CPA.
