Regulated information - Ageas and Norges Bank: Notification

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Norges Bank sent a
notification on 24 August 2011 advising that, on 22 August 2011, its interest
has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas and reached
5.04%.
