German real estate investor TREUENBURG acquires an attractive portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Thuringia
TREUENBURG Assetmanagement, a subsidiary of the Erfurt-based TREUENBURG Group, closed a residential and commercial real estate transaction in Thuringia comprising of 23,000 square metres of lettable space. The diversified portfolio is spread across the cities of Erfurt, Arnstadt, Nordhausen, Mühlhausen, Bad Langensalza and Sömmerda.
(firmenpresse) - Erfurt, May 2020 – TREUENBURG Assetmanagement GmbH, a TREUENBURG Group company, is substantially expanding its investments in Thuringia. Additional residential and commercial properties in the cities of Erfurt, Arnstadt, Nordhausen, Mühlhausen, Bad Langensalza and Sömmerda were purchased from two interregional family offices. All told, the acquired Thuringian portfolio covers a total lettable space of 23,000 square metres. The real estate is fully leased out, with 60 percent used for residential and 40 percent for commercial use. It has been agreed amongst the parties that the purchase price and other terms and conditions will be kept confidential.
Torsten Pfeifer, CEO of the TREUENBURG Group, announced that additional significant property investments in Central Germany are currently in preparation for the remainder of 2020.
