For the comprehensive repair of wash water lines

(PresseBox) - Herth+Buss is known for its high-quality and market-orientated products. Herth+Buss has had a professional RepPipe repair kit in the Elparts range for a long time, which can be used to repair faulty sections of all car wash water lines quickly and easily. With the new assortment, the workshop is now able to repair passenger car wash water lines, from the pump to the nozzle, for the first time.

Signs of a faulty wash water line include insufficient pressure on the washer jets or water escaping at unusual points on the vehicle. Poor visibility through the front and rear windscreens is then inevitable. However, water can also get into the engine and vehicle interior due to leaks in the wash water line, which can damage the electrics.

Damaged sections of wash water lines can be replaced quickly and easily using the RepPipe repair kit. Corrugated pipe connecting pieces, mounting clips and seals in six different diameters, in addition to a 2.5-metre-long corrugated pipe, are all included in the range to repair corrugated pipelines with a nominal width of 4.5. In addition, damaged sections of washing water lines made from smooth hoses can be repaired using connecting adapters with diameters of 3 mm and 4 mm. Hose fittings are also included for direct connection of smooth hoses.

In addition to the existing assortment 54271025, the new repair kit and wash water line assortment includes the two most common connection/coupling pieces for the washing water pumps and nozzles. This means that complete replacement of a wash water line is also possible. The advantage for workshops: There is no need to order a complete and expensive OE harness. Three additional sealing ring sizes are included in the assortment to enable rare pipe shapes to be repaired. The quantities of the individual components have also been increased so that the assortment now includes 333 parts. The Herth+Buss assortments also offer the advantage that all items in the assortment can be ordered individually.
