Heijmans N.V. announces reverse stock split
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - 's-Hertogenbosch - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholdersof Heijmans N.V. ('Heijmans') approved the proposed amendment to thecompany's articles of association. The amendment concerns a reversestock split, whereby 10 ordinary shares or depositary receipts forordinary shares each with a nominal value of EUR 0.03 will be reversesplit into 1 ordinary share or 1 depositary receipt for an ordinaryshare with a nominal value of EUR 0.30.ListingThe Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext ('Euronext') has beenrequested to direct that, subject to the proviso that the deed ofamendment to the articles of association has gone into effect on 5October 2009, the Heijmans ordinary shares or depositary receipts forordinary shares will be listed with a nominal value of EUR 0.30 each,effective 5 October 2009. The new ISIN code for Heijmans ordinaryshares or depositary receipts for ordinary shares is NL0009269109.The Euronext symbol will remain unchanged.Settlement of FractionsInsofar that the holders of Heijmans ordinary shares or depositaryreceipts for ordinary shares would receive fractions of ordinaryshares or depositary receipts for ordinary shares due to the factthat the total nominal number of their Heijmans ordinary shares ordepositary receipts for ordinary shares held after the reverse splitwould make it impossible to convert them into whole numbers ofordinary shares or depositary receipts for ordinary shares each witha nominal value of EUR 0.03, the completion and settlement of thetransaction will be effected in the currently accepted manner by thelicensed Euronext institution.For additional information
