The patented  STEP-Technology  is applied for the in-situ characterization of particle properties and the direct characterization of the physical formulation stability of adjuvants and vaccines.

Real-time, real-condition stability studies and the accelerated stability studies are discussed on the basis of the WHO Guidelines.

A redispersibility case study on aluminum-containing adjuvants is complemented with information on particle and aggregate sizing, nano particle adsorption and applications related to influenza.
