118000 AG: The Bonn District Court refuses Deutsche Telekom's million

Munich / Bonn, 1 September 2011 - The Bonn District Court yesterday refused
a claim (file reference: 16 0 6/10) amounting to 1,251,410.79 Euro against
two subsidiaries if 118000 AG. The Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) claimed that
the subsidiaries have to pay their datacost invoices of the years 2005
until 2008. These invoices were much too high and intransparent and were
therefore not paid. DTAG the filed a lawsuit which was refused yesterday.
DTAG has to pay all legal charges.
Already last week, the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf decided that the
datacosts für the 118000 subsidiary GoYellow GmbH are noct allowed to
exceed an annual amout of 3,592.30 euro for the years 2005 until 2009.
According to article 47 of the German telecommunications law all DTAG data
customers have to pay only the effective costs incurring for delivery.
