Our RFID Handheld C9 Series is now available with Android 10. The latest Android 10 „Q“ Version includes numerous improvements in the area of safety. The WLAN Security Standard WPA3 was optimized. Access permissions of installed apps can be better managed and controlled thanks to new options. Latest IoT regulations were adapted to the new 5G network. All smartphones with Android 10 can be operated with the new desktop mode on corresponding monitors. The C9 RFID Handhelds are available in 3 different variants. We offer a C9 Handheld and a corresponding GUN version and a Tablet. The smart devices are adapted to the latest Industry 4.0 and IoT applications.

The C9 Black is a compact RFID Handheld for the valid identification of RFID Tags or transponders. It is optionally available with RFID UHF, HF, NFC or LF Reader. It supports the standards EPC C1 GEN2 / ISO 18000-6C, ISO 14443 A, ISO 15693, NFC-IP1, NFC-IP2 and ISO 11784/11785. C9 Black is suitable for both short-range and long-range applications with a reading range of up to 1.5 m. Optionally, the RFID Handheld is available with a 1D or 2D Barcode Scanner for demanding warehousing processes. The high-performance 4.900 mAh Li-Ion battery withstands a whole working day without any problems.
► C9 BLACK GUN
The C9 Black GUN is an ergonomically identification solution. This RFID Handheld is equipped with a practical hand grip. The integrated RFID UHF Reader valid captures RFID Tags and Transponders. It supports the standard EPC C1 GEN2 / ISO 18000-6C. C9 Black GUN is suitable for long-range applications that require reading ranges of up to 10 m. Optionally, it is available with a 1D or 2D Barcode Scanner. The high-performance 9.000 mAh Li-Ion battery withstands a whole working day without any problems.
► C9 TABLET
The C9 Tablet is a compact RFID Handheld Solution within our C9 RFID Handhelds. 4 integrated identification solutions are available: RFID UHF, HF, NFC or LF. The RFID Tablet supports the standards EPC C1 GEN2 / ISO 18000-6C, ISO 14443 A/B, ISO 15693 and ISO 11784/11785. C9 Tablet is suitable for both short-range and long-range applications with a reading range of up to 2 m. Optionally, a 2D Barcode Scanner is available. The high-performance 8.000 mAh Li-Ion battery easily withstands one working day and several shifts.
EXCELLENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR APPLICATION
The RFID Handhelds are equipped with the Android 10 version by default. They support the Mobile Device Management (MDM) System: ”Android for Work“ and all other Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) Systems. The high-performance Cortex A73 2.0 GHz Octa-Core Processor offers enough performance power for virtually any application. The integrated 2 GB Working Memory and 16 GB Storage Capacity may be upgraded to 4 GB and 64 GB, respectively . The MicroSD card slot offers enough space for your data and may supports memory cards up to 256 GB.
TOP COMMUNICATION INTERFACES FOR MORE EFFICIENCY
The C9 RFID Handhelds are equipped with 4G LTE and support the communication interfaces: WLAN, WWAN, WPAN, GPS & Bluetooth. The integrated 13 Megapixel Rear Camera (C9 Black GUN: 20 MP) documents work processes in high-resolution format. Video calls can be made in very good quality thanks to the 5 Megapixel Front Camera.
UNBREAKABLE EVEN IN DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS
Our C9 RFID Handhelds are applicable in working temperatures of −20 ° to +50 °C. The robust RFID handhelds can withstand falls up to a height of 1.5 meters without any problems. The RFID handhelds are protected against the ingress of dust and water with the integrated IP65 protection class (C9 Tablet: IP67).
iDTRONIC‘s SERVICE FEATURES
Our C9 RFID Handhelds are certified to FCC and CE. The RFID Handheld will be delivered with a Software Development Kit for Android Systems. It supports the programming languages: C++ and C# Command Protocol. The use of the SDK simplifies the connection to your existing systems.
The Software Development Kit will be available for download soon.
