Addtech acquires Fr Ramström Transmission AB

Addtech Industrial Solutions, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today
signed an agreement to acquire all outstanding shares in Fr Ramström
Transmission AB.

Ramström Transmission is a technology trading company active in the transmission
component area. The company has a strong position in the Swedish market within
its customer and product segments and represents world leading suppliers.

Ramström Transmission will become a part of the business unit Motion Technology
where the company's products will complement the existing sales of mechanical
transmission components in the Nordic markets. The company has 19 employees and
a revenue of approximately 50 MSEK.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of October 2011. The
acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's
earnings per share during the current financial year.
