POLIS Immobilien AG appoints Peter Muth as CFO

The Supervisory Board of POLIS Immobilien AG [ISIN: DE0006913304] has
appointed Peter Muth as new Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1
October 2011. Having held senior financial positions at OC Oerlikon
Management AG and Hochtief AG, the 41-year-old financial expert has
comprehensive experience on which to draw in his new position. 'We are
pleased to have won such an experienced manager as Mr Muth, who will
support our growth strategy,' said Dr. Alan Cadmus, CEO of POLIS Immobilien
AG.
Mr Muth takes over from Rüdiger von Maltzahn, who has led the financial
department temporarily since February 2011. The Supervisory Board and the
Management Board would like to thank Rüdiger von Maltzahn for his
achievements and wish him every success for his future as a financial
consultant to small and medium-sized companies. 'Although he was with us
for only a short time, we have been able to use the expert knowledge and
the banking background of Rüdiger von Maltzahn to optimise our funding and
we have cooperated in a very trusting manner,' said Alan Cadmus. 'We wish
him all the best for the future.'
POLIS Immobilien AG, which was founded in Berlin in 1998, is listed real
estate company that buys, refurbishes/revitalises, and manages office
properties for its own portfolio. The company focuses on one market
segment: office properties in inner-city locations at the most important
German office centres. The company acquires properties that are either
already renovated and are completely let, thereby generating stable cash
flow, or properties that are vacant or require modernisation, and which
offer specific value appreciation potential. This potential may be realised
by corresponding modernisation measures or full revitalisation. As of 30
June 2011, POLIS Immobilien's real estate portfolio comprised a total of 33
properties with a market value of around EUR 315 million. POLIS Immobilien
