MBFZ toolcraft GmbH becomes toolcraft AG
(PresseBox) - For 31 years, the name toolcraft has been synonymous with innovative technology, sustained success and regional ties. The medium-sized family company located in Middle Franconia in Bavaria, Germany, has always placed a very high priority on building a secure future. With this in mind, MBFZ toolcraft GmbH became a public limited company (AG) as of 29/10/2020.
Paving the way for a new generation
The succession management process will be made simpler by restructuring the family company into toolcraft AG. Bernd Krebs, the founder of toolcraft, stresses: ?toolcraft has always been a family company ? and this is how it should stay. As such, it will be a ?family AG? without external investors.? The Board of Directors will consist of the existing management team: Karlheinz Nüßlein who is responsible for Human Resources and Production, Christoph Hauck for Technology and Sales, and Marc Volkhardt for Financial Accounting. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board and majority shareholder, Bernd Krebs will continue to actively oversee and shape toolcraft?s development together with the Board of Directors.
toolcraft is a pioneer of forward-looking technologies, such as 3D metal printing and the construction of customised turnkey robotic solutions. The company tests and develops innovative engineering processes until they are ready to be used on production lines. As a provider of comprehensive solutions, toolcraft covers the entire process chain, from the initial idea to manufacturing, quality assurance and testing in the areas of CNC machining, 3D metal printing, injection moulding, spark erosion (EDM) and mould making. Its clients include market leaders in the semiconductors, aerospace, medical technology, optical, special machinery manufacturing, motor sports and automotive industries. Building close working relationships with collaborative partners as well as universities, other institutions of higher education and research centres is an important part of its corporate philosophy.
