Carrie Smith, Bar Method Nashville owner and teacher, says, "I took my first Bar Method class in the West Los Angeles studio four years ago and was instantly hooked." Carrie trained in San Francisco, became a certified instructor last year, and taught at the San Francisco Downtown location for over a year before becoming a franchisee. Prior to The Bar Method, Carrie worked in fundraising for eight years for UCLA Athletics, UCSF School of Medicine, and the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
Carrie says, "The relationship building skills I developed as a fundraiser will greatly help me connect with my clients, create a Bar Method community in Nashville, and work collaboratively with other like-minded organizations. Having been an instructor at The Bar Method San Francisco [Downtown] location and having trained at the flagship San Francisco [Marina] studio has given me an incredible passion for teaching the method in its truest form, and for helping clients change their bodies and their lives.
