That's why the Swiss daycare network, together with the external Great Place to Work institute, is taking steps to further strengthen the workplace culture of its internationally established and diverse teams.

(firmenpresse) - Globegarden has made it its business to be a wonderful place to grow, not just for the children being looked after - also for its employees. That is why the Swiss daycare network is taking the next decisive step to further strengthen the workplace culture of its internationally established and diverse teams. In cooperation with the external institute Great Place to Work, Globegarden will analyze internal processes using a “Culture Audit” and, in spring 2021, conduct an external survey of all employees using the “Trust Index”.

Great Place to Work are proven experts and recognized consultants for workplace culture. In this capacity, the consulting company will support globegarden analyzing the strengths and development potentials within its many and diverse teams and using targeted measures to develop them further. The worldwide established model of Great Place to Work is used in this process, which quantifies the trust-based workplace culture and thus makes it comparable for inside and outside.

Globegarden co-founder and managing director Christina Mair: “A strong corporate culture that employees can identify with is a crucial basis for the success of a company. This includes that employees are respected and encouraged in their work. With Great Place to Work, globegarden would like to measure the workplace culture against an internationally recognized standard, identify potential for improvement and initiate appropriate measures together with all of our employees. "

For Globegarden, workplace culture and empowerment of every employee is part of its value-based culture. For this reason, the company has been conducting employee surveys on a regular basis for over 10 years. Christina Mair: “We are particularly proud of the results of the last survey in 2020. But we want to go one step further in 2021. "

Co-Owner and Consultant of Great Place to Work, Dr. Thomas Schneider explains: “Globegarden is an experienced and important provider in the private daycare sector. With our experience, we are now helping Globegarden measure the workplace culture and create a great workplace for employees - together with everyone for everyone. "
