Employees of HNP Mikrosysteme support children and families
Donation of 2,500 EUR handed over to Peter Grosch, chairman of Tafel Schwerin e.V.
(PresseBox) - It is already Christmas at the Schwerin-based company HNP Mikrosysteme. Since the Christmas party could not take place this year, the employees were surprised with vouchers for regional shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. At the same time, each of the 89 employees could also decide to donate a part of their own present.
"The amount of 1,880 EUR was donated by our employees," says CFO Yvonne Eilers, who is very pleased and impressed and adds, "HNPM will now double this amount and round it up. Fortunately, we were able to increase our turnover in 2020 and to employ additional staff. We are also very optimistic for next year."
The largest of our donation, EUR 2,500, will go to the Kindertafel Schwerin, a food bank for children. Bringing joy to children and supporting families living in difficult situations was especially appreciated by the colleagues. Peter Grosch, chairman of the Kindertafel Schwerin, is very pleased about the support and emphasizes that any help is welcome: "We are happy about donations and of course also about volunteers at all locations and for all projects."
In addition, the Theaterfreunde Schwerin e.V., an association of supporters and friends of the local theater, will receive EUR 500 to support their work and the Orchestra Foundation will receive EUR 1,000 for the emergency fund for freelance musicians.
