During DSEi AkzoNobel will demonstrate Intergard® and in particular the unique Intergard® 10220 peelable technology to the defence market; this revolutionary concept for rapid reaction forces allows for change of camouflage quickly and effectively without compromising on levels of service, resulting in an adaptable technology, effective within current markets where there is a demand for quality and serviceability.
AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings shall also launch the "Smart Choice" concept at DSEi: a full range of primers and topcoats for the military market, offering maximum protection whilst minimising the environmental impact.
News additionally on the waterborne range; Aerowave® and in particular Aerowave® 5001 which was recently approved for Eurofighter.
Amongst other military aircraft coatings on show, is Aerodur® 5000, a new generation camouflage coating which is particularly versatile and can provide a uniform finish in just one coat.
