The five-year Agreement was the end result of a comprehensive and consultative process which showcased Primus' ability to provide full end-to-end IT infrastructure support and services for growing businesses. Based on a solutions roadmap specifically developed for NexgenRx by Primus, the Agreement will allow the health benefits administrator to realize its long-term business and technology requirements.
The decision by NexgenRx to partner with Primus Business Services was due to the elasticity for expansion within the cloud offering, without concern for hardware replacement, and Primus' extensive compliance achievements. The Primus team provides NexgenRx with a wide range of systems engineers and technical support professionals to better manage their on-line infrastructure. This enables NexgenRx to focus on the on-going IT development of their proprietary adjudication platform and growing the core business of their unique industry game changing service model. With reduced capital spending and a switch to an infrastructure service model, NexgenRx is able to quickly and easily adjust their IT needs as the market evolves.
