State of the art measuring device for GCT

(PresseBox) - GCT GmbH, the global leaders in diamond coated micro-tools are pleased to announce the full production startup of their new state of the art measuring device.  Designed and developed by Kirchner-Solutions to meet the specific needs and applications of GCT GmbH, this new addition enables GCT GmbH to react faster and with more flexibility to meet customer requirements for a wide variety of tool diameters and dimensions. It is the perfect complement to the optical control systems already in place at GCT GmbH.

Offering new high-speed measurement options such as measurements down to 0.001mm as well as multiple spiral-length measurement options, the new equipment will also provide several process/production improvements such as eliminating the need for manually re-packaging of tools.
