TE cartridge heater for dynamic applications

(PresseBox) - The controlled heating of a metal plate or shaped metallic objects can be realized by a cartridge heater compressed with magnesium oxide inside. A high degree of robustness and, depending on the application, a long-lifetime, is guaranteed by the external sheath made of stainless steel or Alloy 800. Telemeter´s cartridge heaters offer many advantages, one of them is the option of using highly flexible silicone insulated wires and silicone potting. This special configuration is mostly used for constant axial movements. For the connection area there are also different options available, for example external thread, flange and right-angled or bent with cable outlet vertically. If there is an extraordinary application Telemeter Electronic will accept the challenge and will also provide the suitable solution.
