(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/06/11 -- Terrace Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TZR) (the "Company") announces that the directors of the Company have granted incentive options under the Company's Stock Option Plan to an officer of the Company entitling him to purchase up to 250,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at the price of $0.21 per share within five years after the date hereof, subject to the vesting of 10% of the options on the date of grant and 15% every six months thereafter.
