FDS und BIG-EU haben eine neue Arbeitsgruppe gegründet
Facility Services und Gebäudeautomation verbinden
(PresseBox) - FDS (Facility Data Standard) und die BACnet Interest Group Europe (BIG-EU) geben bekannt, dass sie eine gemeinsame Arbeitsgruppe gegründet haben.
Das Hauptziel ist die Bewertung der Möglichkeiten zum Datenaustausch zwischen Gebäudeautomation und Facility Services, um eine gemeinsame Datenschnittstelle einzurichten.
In den ersten beiden Sitzungen wurde die globale Bedeutung dieses Ziels ermittelt und bestehende Spezifikationen wie ASHRAE 223p (Bezeichnung und Klassifizierung semantischer Tags für Gebäudedaten) wurden diskutiert und überprüft.
?Die Verbindung von Gebäudeautomation und Facility Services bietet neue Einsparpotenziale - sowohl wirtschaftlich als auch ökologisch?, charakterisiert Johannes Bepler vom Hailo Digital Hub die Vorteile dieses Datenaustauschs. Er fügt hinzu: ?Wenn z. B. die Informationen zu einer Besprechung aus einem Kalender entnommen werden können, so ist das erwartete Abfallvolumen anhand der Anzahl der anwesenden Personen und anhand empirischer Werte prognostizierbar. Dies ermöglicht eine bedarfsgerechte Reinigung, um die Abfallbehälter nur bei Bedarf zu leeren oder bei Bedarf andere Reinigungsdienste bereitzustellen. ?Frank Schubert, Schatzmeister im Vorstand der BACnet Interest Group Europe, fügt hinzu: ?Mit dieser Arbeitsgruppe wollen wir eine globale Zusammenarbeit zwischen Gebäudeautomation und Facility Services beginnen. Die Kombination dieser beiden Märkte und Akteure bietet viele Möglichkeiten für intelligente, zuverlässige und nachhaltige Gebäude. ?
?Die Transformation in unserer Branche ist äußerst komplex, die Implementierung von Software-Integrationen teuer und erfordert sehr hochqualifizierte Ressourcen?, sagt Daniel Messer, Präsident & CEO von FDS. ?Ohne Standards und Interoperabilität können nur die größten FMS-Unternehmen davon profitieren. Diese gemeinsame Anstrengung ist ein schönes Beispiel für die Zusammenarbeit, die zwischen verschiedenen Branchen erforderlich ist.?Derzeit trifft sich die Arbeitsgruppe ca. alle zwei Monate in einer Videokonferenz.Interessenten sind herzlich eingeladen mitzumachen!

It was founded in 1998 by 18 building automation companies and today has over 130 members from various European countries and the USA.
