Regarding the offer for A shares in Jotun AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 31 August 2011 regarding
Orkla's offer to purchase A shares in Jotun AS. Orkla has today received notice
from Odd Gleditsch d.y. that members of the Gleditsch family, representing in
total 53.7% of the share capital of Jotun, have decided not to accept Orkla's
offer for the A shares.
