Hazard: An electrical component in the product can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Incidents/Injuries: ESA has received one report of a fan that overheated and caught on fire. No injuries have been reported.
Description/Models: FC 20" Box Fan. FC Item No. 57020, Factory Model No.: HF-20B, Date Code: 1210. White and silver with "FC" logo in center.
Remedy: Consumers are advised to immediately discontinue use of the recalled product. Contact Fusion Canada Inc. for item return instructions.
