"The property will sell in two parcels," according to Chuck Yarbro, Jr., associate broker for the company. The home has an open floor plan, an Energy Efficient Home designation and 150-degree views of the valley. It will sell with 4.46 acres, which also includes a sun house and two-car garage.

Bidders will have an opportunity to bid on the two parcels separately and in combination, Yarbro said. "We could have one buyer or two," he said.
Yarbro personnel will be available to guide inspections of the property Saturday, Sept. 10, and Thursday, Sept. 15. The auction will begin at 4:30 p.m. at the property, 20173 Road A NE, Soap Lake, Wash. Personal inspections can be arranged.
